All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices shown online include GST -- International orders do not attract GST charges.
Shipping, Insurance and GST if applicable are added to the invoice total.

All shipments over AUD $100 are by Express Post or Registed and Insured mail.

ERRORS, SHORTAGES, FAULTY GOODS AND BREAKAGES

Notification of errors, shortages, faulty goods and breakages must be made immediately
after goods have been received.

Goods will not be accepted after 7 days of this notification.

All returned goods must be accompanied by our original invoice.

Goods must be returned in original condition.

If returned goods are insufficiently packaged and sustain further damage they will not be
accepted and no credit or exchange will be given.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard time) are given priority to
be shipped same day providing the goods are available.

Orders received after 1pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard time) will be shipped the following working day.
