General terms and conditions of purchases / payments


PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the extreme volatility of currencies and gold market prices, please contact us for current quotations.
Prices shown in our pricelist do not include GST.
Shipping, Insurance and GST if applicable are added to the invoice.

TERMS:
All Domestic Shipments C.O.D unless otherwise arranged.
All International Shipments paid in advance.
Goods over AUD $200 are sent by Registered and Insured mail unless otherwise arranged.
Strictly no credit terms (Foreign or Domestic).

PAYMENTS:
We prefer Visa, MasterCard or BankCard as payment.
If paying by Cheque / International Cheque please make payable to "The Goldleaf Factory International Pty. Ltd."

CREDIT:
Credit will not be paid out by company cheque or by any other means.

EXPORT SHIPMENTS:
All payments must be made in Australian dollars by Credit Card, Bank wire transfer or International bank cheque, including bank charges.
All export shipments leave via UPS or FedEX fully insured, unless other arrangements are made.

ERRORS, SHORTAGES, FAULTY GOODS AND BREAKAGES:
Notification of errors, shortages, faulty goods and breakages must be made immediately after the goods have been received.
Items may only be returned within 7 days (Domestic) or 30 days (International) of purchase (must be accompanied by our invoice).
Refunds are limited to the cost of the item purchased and the item must be in original packaging and condition, unused.
Books and videos are not returnable.
Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If returned goods are insufficiently packaged and sustain further damage they will not be accepted and no credit or exchange will be given.

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of all items purchased.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm are given priority to be shipped same day providing the goods are available.
Orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following working day.
