Notification of errors, shortages, returns and faulty goods are to be made within 7 days after-which no claims will be accepted.
All returned goods must be accompanied by our original invoice, should the returned goods be insufficiently packed and sustain damage they will not be accepted and no credit or exchange will be given.

A re-stocking fee of 20% is applicable for returned orders that are not faulty or otherwise damaged.

We are closed from 21st December through to the 25th of January, shipping of orders will either halt during this time or be processed at our leisure
We charge a very modest shipping, handling and insurance fee for all orders, the handling fee includes taking your parcel to the Post Office, A padded bag (where applicable), and lovingly packing your parcel (you will need to be Edward Scissorhands to unpack your goodies, seriously!)
Domestic orders over $10 are shipped by eParcel or eParcel Express and can be fully insured (your choice during checkout) and trackable with a signature upon delivery required.
We make every attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however please be patient and allow a processing time of 3 – 5 business days as we can get quite busy.
Please, please, please, order your goods in time to avoid disappointing your customers as we are all out of sympathy! (It’s not easy dealing with impatient and irrational people, i’ve heard it all and I’m getting too old and grumpy!)
