Delivery Information

In recent times, we have noticed an increase in food-industry customers that neglect to order goods in time for their customers events and as a result attempt to place the blame on us for not being able to provide them with their goods at the very last minute.


Please order your goods ahead of time to avoid disappointing your customers.


To be fair to all our customers, orders are processed and despatched in the order they are received.



All prices online are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, international orders do not attract GST charges.


We charge a very modest shipping, handling and insurance fee for all orders that covers the cost of taking your parcel to the post office, packing your parcel super carefully and if applicable insurance.


Domestic orders that are over $10 are shipped by eParcel or eParcel Express and are fully insured and trackable with a signature upon delivery required.


Should you require your goods to be sent by eParcel Express please specify this in the comments section.


eParcel Express offers a Saturday delivery option that is free of charge, please specify this in the comments section (you must be at your address all day!).


We make every attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however please allow a processing time of 3 – 5 business days as we can get quite busy.



Errors, Shortages, Returns, Faulty goods and Breakages.


Notification of errors, shortages, returns and faulty goods must be made within 7 days after-which no claims will be accepted.


All returned goods must be accompanied by our original invoice, should the returned goods be insufficiently packed and sustain damage they will not be accepted and no credit or exchange will be given.


A re-stocking fee of 20% is applicable for returned orders that are not faulty or otherwise damaged.
